It is one of few colleges which is being developed by educationists. This is a dream project of some visionary people deeply associated with the college. All the members of the managing committee are post graduate in different streams ranging from Science, Arts to Medical. Some of them have obtained the highest academic degree i.e. PhD and they are serving as academic administrators being Principals. One of its members who happens to be the secretary of the managing committee is a prodigious and renowned educationist and presently heading a very well reputed Post Graduate College. He is none other than Dr. Yeshveer Singh Tomar, who is endowed with several responsibilities even at the level of university. Presently he is the member of the "Executive council", the apex body of managing the affairs of the university. He is also member of the Admission Committee and Examination Committee of the university. Besides serving as the Chairman Sports Council, he has a satisfactory track record of working as University Evaluation Controller, who has to handle the prestigious, pious and responsible work of evaluation of University examinations. All of this means is that he is second to none in the field of Educational Management.

The college has a MISSION and VISION. As its name indicates- KALINDI- means the holy Yamuna river where water flows continuously. In the same way, there is a firm determination that continuous flow of knowledge will cascade from teachers to the students so that we may build a knowledge society and may contribute in generating economy- the backbone of the Nation. In the logo of the college, there is depicted a book indicating that the whole knowledge is stored in books and these are the real treasures, there is a lamp to indicate that whenever there is light then every kind of darkness is replaced. In the same way once a person attains knowledge all kinds of inner darkness is vanished.

The college is spread over a vast campus having lush green trees and beautiful lawns. Exquisite flowering and foliage shrubs provide a picturesque look to the college. Large fully aerated and lighted classrooms, resource centre, computer room, full size library having over four thousand books including reference and text books as well as encyclopedias, journals and periodicals are some of the salient features of the college.
